Pair of Extra Handles
The #1 complaint from hot tub owners is that almost all covers come with only 2 handles, one on either side of the cover that doesn’t fold. So if you’re opening the cover from the side you do not have the convenience of a handle. And most sellers don’t even offer an option to upgrade to additional handles.
We provide a pair of Extra Handles on All SpaEase Models except the Economy where it is often recommended to upgrade.
Full Length Insulation
Full Seal Hinge means that we extend our insulated vapor barrier at each side of the cover to extend continuously along the entire hinge of the cover. This helps to minimize more of the heat loss than just the traditional 4” vapor barrier that we include on all models. The Full Seal adds more energy efficiency saving you money, especially during the winter months. Standard on Gold and Platinum Models.

Double Wrapped Foam Core
The #1 reason for a cover to fail is a break in the sealant wrap around the interior foam core, causing the cover to get water logged. All SpaEase Foam Cores are heat sealed wrapped (not taped as traditionally done on most covers) and use (except the Economy) a 6 mill industrial grade sealant that includes a durable polyester reinforcement to helps keep chemical fumes and moisture from invading the foam core. MARINE GRADE VINYL
Every Traditional Cover comes standard with the highest grade vinyl in the cover industry. Unlike most competitors our vinyl is on average 20% thicker and we use expensive plasticizers to preserve the look, feel, and durability of our exterior cover material.

Weather Shield Upgrade
Weather Shield is a polyester fabric designed for harsh outdoor climates and is commonly used on outdoor umbrellas and patio furniture. It provides your cover a more elegant appearance but is only available in 3 colors: Grey, Black, & Brown. Weather Shield in environmentally superior to vinyl, is 3 times stronger, making it more durable, and most importantly weighs 25% less than vinyl making the cover easier to remove and replace.

CUSTOM BUILT TO ORDER
Every VacuSeal Cover is custom built from a computerized CAD drawing. Plus, your cover comes with a serial number so when it needs to be replaced it can be built identically to your original order without you needing to measure or remember the color.

Unlike most competitors that utilize templates, VacuSeal forms every exterior skin with computer driven cutting machines from CAD drawings, providing a perfect cut and perfect fit on every cover built.

20% THICKER VINYL
Though all marine grade vinyl covers visually appear similar, VacuSeal includes expensive plasticizers so our vinyl has a negative 20 degree cold crack rating along with stabilized pigments tested to 1500 UV hours making our vinyl resistant to mildew, fungus, oil, sulfide, and salt water staining. The result is an exterior cover that retains its beauty and is easily cleaned with soap and water.

STEEL REINFORCED CORE
All our interior cores are constructed of the highest grade virgin foam (no regrind) that contains no CFC’s or HFC’s and includes a galvanized steel reinforcement. To prevent from water absorption every core is wrapped in 6 ml plastic (twice the thickness of most competitors) and sealed using an Impulse Heat Sealer that provides the right combination of temperature, pressure, and timing. Most competitors utilize hand held sealers and merely tape the ends.

WE STITCH IT TWICE
Every VacuSeal Cover is double stitched with 40 points of reinforcement providing a product that will withstand the abuse of extreme inclement weather. The underside of our cover comes with a 12 oz reinforced vinyl scrim providing the best resistance available to the chemical fumes rising from your water’s surface.
HANDLES THAT LAST
Constructed of durable nylon webbing with five layers of internal reinforcement along with additional stitching helps provide our customers with handles that will last longer and retain their original beauty for many years to come.
THE HIDDEN ZIPPER
Our zippers allow you to change the color and/or material of the cover exterior if you move your hot tub. The zipper pull is neatly tucked away in its own pocket providing a more attractive look. This and the use of YKK#7 material that is corrosion resistant protects the zipper.
PROTECTIVE SKIRTING
When ordering your VacuSeal cover you can custom select a skirt length that will both protect the acrylic coping of your spa along with the top rail (included on some cabinets) of your hot tub.
